CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer support. We will process your cancellation request as soon as possible.
- After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it. However, you can return the item upon receipt for an exchange, subject to our return policy.
Exchange Policy
