Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24-48 working hours. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to high demand.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier availability, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method selected.

We offer free shipping on orders which bill above ₹2000/-

4. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Pune(Maharashtra), India. International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an sms with tracking details.

6. Delivery Issues

Missed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will bring back the product to the warehouse and a second attempt will be made the next day.

Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

7. Changes to Shipping Information

If you need to update your shipping address or other details after placing an order, please contact us immediately at reachus@nsae.store. We will do our best to make changes before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee modifications once the shipping process has started.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts, we will notify you and arrange for redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
